Without going into all the ugly details, i can say for a fact that they made changes to MY CAR in MY NAME without even speaking to me first.They also did this to my daughters car. I didn’t know it was possible/legal to cancel insurance that was ALREADY paid for and it was requested by my X……i was even told “we felt sorry for him”
SERIOUSLY????? I thought this was a professional business????? Clearly not!
I’ve been with this agency for over 10 years……..and this is the treatment i got because of their “feelings”……DISGUSTING!!"

Unfortunately im going through a break up and they made changes to my policy without confirmation from me as well as telling me they “ felt sorry “ for my x…..disgusting….. I will be looking for a different State Farm agency …. This one is disappointing at best."
